Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a web development environment.
- Experience applying Agile and Scrum principles, planning and managing project timelines, releases, and rollouts.
- Ability to research, evaluate, and validate product ideas aligned with company objectives and product strategy.
- Ability to define clear, structured product requirements with technical context and feedback for development teams.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies, align priorities, and deliver features.
- Ability to scope resources, prioritize backlog items, define sprint goals, monitor progress, and remove blockers.
- Experience with A/B testing, product analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement.
- Ability to understand user flows, implement tracking, build reports and dashboards, and optimize flows using data insights.
- Ability to track stakeholder key performance indicators, communicate performance insights, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Strong product thinking, user-first decision-making, and focus on customer behavior and business impact.
- Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and translate business objectives into measurable product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of objectives and key results frameworks, outcome-driven product development, experimentation frameworks, and modern product operating models.
- Comfort working in artificial intelligence-first product development environments using prototypes, artificial intelligence-generated specifications, and rapid experimentation.
- Solid technical understanding of modern development workflows, tools, and engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar workflows.
- Ability to use artificial intelligence tools for product discovery, documentation, analysis, experimentation, and execution.
- Ability to write clear, structured, and actionable product requirements optimized for human collaboration and artificial intelligence-assisted workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in rapidly evolving environments with adaptability and attention to detail.
- Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project timelines, releases, and rollouts.
- Research, evaluate, and validate new product ideas aligned with company objectives and product strategy.
- Define product requirements and communicate them effectively to development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies, align priorities, and ensure timely feature delivery.
- Maintain stakeholder communication, set expectations, gather input, and address questions.
- Scope resources, prioritize backlog items, define sprint goals, monitor progress, and remove blockers.
- Foster a collaborative, autonomous team environment and drive accountability.
- Drive solutions, implement fixes, and ensure task completion.
- Design and execute A/B tests and monitor product usage to optimize Creator tools.
- Stay current with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis across niche and mainstream markets.
- Understand user flows by implementing tracking, building reports and dashboards, and optimizing flows based on data insights.
- Track stakeholder key performance indicators, communicate performance insights, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with subscription-based products.
- Strong hands-on experience using artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day product management workflows.
- Experience rapidly prototyping product concepts using artificial intelligence-powered tools, validating ideas with users and data, and iterating based on feedback.
