Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Organised, with excellent planning and time management skills
  • An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Shows initiative, passion, enthusiasm, ambition, and drive
  • A creative thinker and idea generator, with a keen eye for detail

  • Willingness to travel to various prospects/customers around the UK and participate in internal and external insight gathering, events and exhibitions.
Responsibilities
  • Market & Customer Insights - Gaining first-hand knowledge and insight into the B2B markets apetito serve to incorporate within the execution of marketing collateral and activities. Leading customer research and utilising insights to ensure we are serving our customers in the best way possible.
  • Leading Key Marketing Projects – Developing, implementing and managing key marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring that creating competitive advantage is at the very heart of everything we do. This includes acquisition campaigns to target new markets and customer retention, training and education initiatives.
  • Collaboration - Collaboration with apetito’s wider Proposition and Marketing, Creative, Brand & Communications, and Category teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns both online and offline, across various channels.
  • Design & Marketing Support – Design and creation of marketing collateral and product literature with alignment to corporate identity and branding.
  • Events Management - Co-ordination and organising of both internal and external events and exhibitions – from designing stands, organising logistics and developing concepts that showcase our areas of competitive advantage.
  • Project Management - Liaising and managing relevant marketing agencies from brief to output, always ensuring the end product reflects the initial objectives and is within budget.
Desired Qualifications
  • An interest in B2B marketing, FMCG and/or the food industry.
  • Proven experience in owning, managing, and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously
  • Evidenced skills in creative Marketing (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, PhotoShop, etc.)
  • Driving licence
  • Good presentation skills
