Requirements
  • Experience growing and retaining strategic enterprise accounts within digital, data, artificial intelligence, or technology environments.
  • Ability to identify and shape revenue opportunities and understand the priorities of C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to use data storytelling, dashboards, and engaging presentations to connect impact with business priorities.
  • Experience using customer relationship management tools such as HubSpot for account workflows and reporting is beneficial.
  • Confidence solving complex challenges and navigating ambiguity.
  • Ability to deliver customer value and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
  • Ability to influence and build trust with senior decision-makers in large enterprises.
  • Ability to work independently and with strong organisation and discipline in a remote-first environment with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and drive key-account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
  • Partner with Account Executives to shape and deliver account-growth strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews and strategic reviews using data storytelling to surface value and opportunity.
  • Promote client success through tailored marketing, events, and thought-leadership initiatives that showcase programme impact.
  • Work with Delivery, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience and surface success stories that strengthen brand credibility and pipeline.
  • Link solutions to business key performance indicators and identify growth signals across regions, business units, and new use cases.
  • Provide regular updates to Human Resources and Learning and Development stakeholders on learner progress and programme impact, including milestones, engagement levels, and outcomes.
  • Collect and communicate clear, data-backed return-on-investment insights demonstrating programme impact.
  • Own the creation of written and video public success stories by collaborating with Marketing and clients to showcase real-world outcomes.
  • Identify new strategic needs, use cases, and expansion areas within accounts, and help drive lead generation for new programmes and audiences.
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of strategic enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Sandler for identifying opportunities and supporting commercial value.

Inside the Algorithm debuts on 6th May with an episode exploring how simulation, operational research and AI are reshaping NHS planning. LONDON, 4th May 2026 - Cambridge Spark, a leading provider of data and AI education and upskilling, today announced the launch of Inside the Algorithm, a new podcast hosted by Chief AI Officer Jeremy Bradley. Where Data & AI Mastery explores AI transformation at the enterprise and C-suite levels, Inside the Algorithm shifts the lens into the scientific research, technical breakthroughs and academic thinking shaping the future of artificial intelligence. Each episode, Bradley sits down with leading researchers, data scientists and technical experts working at the frontier of the field to democratise access to frontier AI knowledge without diluting its intellectual integrity. The show is designed for an informed, technically ambitious audience, including AI researchers, advanced practitioners building and deploying sophisticated AI systems, and AI leaders seeking a deeper understanding of the science driving innovation in the field. The debut episode features Lucy Morgan, who leads the simulation team at the NHS Strategy Unit and holds a visiting research position in simulation and stochastic modelling at Lancaster University Management School.
