- Take and execute orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen, bar, and relevant teams to ensure smooth and precise service.
- Communicate warmly and professionally with guests, providing a genuine welcome and personalized attention throughout their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and impeccable presentation in service areas and workstations.
- Care for the hotel's resources, materials, and equipment, and maintain consistency with established processes.
