Requirements
  • A BA or BS degree is required.
  • Three years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within a software or SaaS company is required.
  • A proven track record of effectively managing a high volume of enterprise-level accounts and driving customer adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and expansion is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage customer implementations of Pigment, ensuring that customers understand the platform's value and attain a high level of adoption.
  • Navigate through multiple departments within an organization to expand use cases and the business value of Pigment.
  • Deliver presentations and trainings; provide recommendations on best practices; and structure creative solutions to optimize engagement.
  • Lead the development of the Pigment community through thought leadership, events, and developing best practices.
  • Develop deep product expertise and creativity, working closely with the product team on the product vision and roadmap.
Desired Qualifications
  • Five years of experience in account management, sales, or professional services at a software or SaaS company.
  • A proven track record of building strong C-level executive relationships and demonstrating empathy and dedication.
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, develop opportunities, and provide reporting and dashboards to identify trends and improve the customer experience.
  • Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations and driving long-term engagement.
  • Being comfortable working as a strategic thinker in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous startup environment.
  • An MBA or other relevant advanced degree.

French AI startup Pigment nears $100M ARR, challenging Workday, Oracle and SAP

Pigment, a French AI startup co-founded by CEO Eléonore Crespo, is approaching $100 million in annual recurring revenue after doubling ARR for three consecutive years. The company has grown its enterprise customer base by 74%, with clients including Uber, Unilever, Anthropic and Siemens. Founded in 2019, Pigment offers an AI-native enterprise performance management platform that replaces spreadsheets and legacy planning tools across finance, sales, HR and supply chain. The company's latest product, a "Modeler Agent", allows users to generate production-ready applications using natural language, reducing build times from weeks to minutes. Pigment has raised nearly $400 million and crossed a $1 billion valuation in 2024, with backing from ICONIQ Growth, Meritech, IVP and others. More than half of 2025's new customers migrated from incumbent SaaS providers.
