Requirements
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in instructional design, learning development, or elearning production (internships or relevant projects are a plus). Sales training is a plus.
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia or similar) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging instructional materials.
  • A proactive & innovative approach to challenges with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging digital learning content, following design standards and learning principles, to support Sales and Support initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Enablement team members, as well as stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other functional areas to identify training needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Enablement team members and Subject Matter Experts to enhance our learners’ knowledge, skills, and capabilities through digital learning around Vonage’s product suite, sales skills, and sales tools.
  • Manage large-scale training projects from inception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with other Learning Management System (LMS) Admins to manage and maintain the platform.
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine knowledge gaps and identify/recommend appropriate learning solutions that align with the Enablement team’s objectives.
  • Use your creativity, understanding of learning sciences, design principles, and educational technology to play a collaborative role in learning solutions.
