Requirements
  • One year of job-related experience, such as administrative or customer service experience, is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems and databases are required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Availability for non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
  • A clear background check is required.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the bridge between patients and caregivers, their families, Personal Support Workers, team supervisors, funders, finance, and other company employees.
  • Receive routine referral and intake information from funders and private-pay clients.
  • Develop and coordinate service schedules while considering relevant factors.
  • Inform workers of new assignments and schedule changes.
  • Enter relevant information into the automated information system and database.
  • Produce schedules and reports on a regular basis and upon request from the Supervisor.
  • Receive and manage inbound telephone calls and email inquiries related to service.
  • Perform other administrative duties and duties as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Experience in the health care field is an asset.
