Our team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Colorado! You will provide support to senior staff during all phases of a project or program such as pre-design, procurement, construction and post construction. Responsibilities include cost management, schedule management, quality control and document control.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assists with development and monitoring of budgets and project schedules.
Assists in procurement process and document controls process.
Participates in review and evaluation of design documents and value engineering efforts.
Assists project management in observing and monitoring design team and contractor team(s) to ensure that the project is being completed in accordance with established project goals.
Assists in change order review.
Complete project progress reports as required.
Attends project site meetings and may prepare meeting minutes.
Assists in the project close-out.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (civil) or construction management or equivalent degree.
1-2 years of related experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer skills.
Proficient in reading and understanding contract documents, plans and specifications.
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project or Primavera.
Ability to work independently to achieve client goals.
