Requirements
  • BA or BS degree; MBA or quantitative graduate degree a plus
  • 10+ years experience in product marketing; digital publisher experience preferred
  • Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers and senior executives
  • Experience working globally and empathetic to customer needs
  • Aptitude for working with analytics and data to develop growth strategies for products
  • Experience engaging with teams cross-functionally
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape and passion for digital advertising
  • Excellent presentation skills and client interaction
  • Mix of creativity with strategic thinking and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Comfortable serving as a spokesperson at industry events and in trade media
  • Passion for building teams and developing talent; experience managing teams of 10+
Responsibilities
  • Drive global product adoption across publisher solutions with a focus on CTV ad server
  • Represent the voice of the market and define customer demand for product investments and revenue growth
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies, positioning, branding, and packaging of publisher products and data solutions
  • Coach product marketing team on business strategy for an industry-leading publisher experience
  • Support field organization with effective marketing collateral and client-facing support
  • Work with Design and UX teams to create compelling marketing collateral
  • Provide input to Product and Engineering organization for ad product strategy
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to understand and remove revenue blockers
  • Partner with Marketing and Product team to develop customer success stories
  • Publish thought leadership to educate publisher decision makers and generate demand
