Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at an accredited University
  • Students must be continuing their education towards their degree during and/or after the internship
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work location
Responsibilities
  • Conduct data analysis in Foundry
  • Write and run Python scripts
  • Create dashboards (Power BI)
  • Help engage with various industry members
  • Document newly created processes
  • Develop templates to streamline future documentation efforts
  • Coordinating educational meetings and workshops
  • Support various strategic initiatives
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
  • Configure and enhance various business software
Desired Qualifications
  • Electrical Engineering background, specialized in Power Systems
  • 2.5 GPA or greater in both cumulative GPA and major GPA
  • Engineering experience in utilities, municipalities, or engineering consultation
  • Interest in grid resilience and reliability, electric grid optimization and efficiency, regulatory compliance and policy analysis, grid modernization
  • Ability to work in a team environment and support fellow team members
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
