Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, or Customer Identification Program experience is required.
  • Knowledge of United States banking regulations and a solid understanding of foreign correspondent banking are required.
  • A good understanding of the Office of Foreign Assets Control, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering, the USA PATRIOT Act, and risk management principles is required.
Responsibilities
  • Perform financial institution Know Your Customer profiles and enhanced due diligence reviews and quality control.
  • Perform quality control on completed foreign correspondent banking enhanced due diligence reviews.
  • Perform data normalization and complete foreign correspondent banking customer and related transacting-party research.
  • Assist with tracking tasks associated with Know Your Customer refresh reviews and enhanced due diligence review processes to ensure accuracy and completion within required procedural timelines.
  • Assist the Head of Enhanced Due Diligence in maintaining the financial institution customer enhanced due diligence program.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certification is preferred.
