JF Petroleum Group provides turnkey fueling infrastructure solutions across North America. It distributes petroleum equipment, installs and constructs fueling sites, and offers ongoing maintenance and service through a unified brand built from a history dating back to 1945. The company works by acquiring regional distributors and service providers to create an end-to-end platform that covers equipment supply, installation, construction, and service for fueling stations. What sets JF Group apart is its nationwide scale achieved through a deliberate roll-up strategy, integrating multiple specialized companies (e.g., ANS Distributing, Petroleum Solutions, Rittiner Equipment, Dykstra Construction, GE Goodson Service Company) under one brand to deliver a single, cohesive solution. The company’s goal is to be the leading national provider of complete fueling infrastructure solutions, continually expanding its portfolio and geographic reach through acquisitions and organic growth.
