Regional Clinic Director

As a Regional Clinic Director, you’ll lead and mentor a talented clinical team while continuing to learn from experienced clinicians and leaders around you. You’ll also play a key role in growing your region bybuilding relationships in the community, connecting with families, and helping more children access quality ABA services.

You Bring

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification
• 3+ years of experience in a similar clinical leadership role
• A passion for mentorship and developing other clinicians
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• A collaborative, relationship-driven approach

Salary Expectation:

• Depending on Experience: $100,000-110,000 Annual, plus significant ongoing clinical bonus opportunities
