Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Two years of experience in program or project management.
  • Two years of experience in management consulting, construction management, operations, business analytics, or a related function.
  • Two years of experience with SQL for querying structured datasets, spreadsheet-based modeling such as Sheets, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms for business planning, forecasting, or financial analysis.
  • Strong communication, analytics, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple functions efficiently.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and structure critical business problems, distill complex data into core issues, and develop actionable, high-impact recommendations.
  • Own the Data Center and Delivery Engineering headcount model, aligning staffing ratios and Annual Operating Plan forecasting methodologies with Finance, Human Resources, and Data Center and Delivery Engineering leadership.
  • Partner with central DCData-AI to coordinate data pipelines, model enhancements, and automated reporting infrastructure.
  • Deliver capacity reporting, organizational health metrics, and executive operational dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insight.
  • Manage recurring planning syncs and cross-pillar communications to maintain accurate resource plans through organizational changes.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce reporting toil, enhance data quality, and accelerate workforce planning cycles.
  • Lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish by planning requirements, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating with cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate active project participants on progress, schedules, risks, and deadlines.
  • Design analyses and develop decision-support models, including resource and headcount modeling, growth analysis, and metrics, to produce strategic and tactical insights through key performance indicators and targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with analysts, operations personnel, engineers, and team leaders to deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Own analytical programs including headcount modeling, capacity planning, and organizational analytics.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA, master's degree, or PhD in a management field with an emphasis on construction, business operations, and strategy.
  • Two years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Data-driven problem-solving ability, including identifying key challenges, gathering and analyzing large complex data sets, supporting hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations.
