- Qualify in the Flux Core process for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5F positions at minimum.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading specifically related to welding joints and symbols.
- Ability to use a fillet gauge.
- Understanding of material grades, including pipe, plate, bar, fittings, and P-No.
- Knowledge of interpass temperature and heat input.
- Ability to understand and adhere to Weld Procedures (EMITP).
- Experience with Gas Tungsten Arc Welding and Gas Metal Arc Welding is highly desired.
- Experience in 2G and 3G Gas Tungsten Arc Welding and Gas Metal Arc Welding positions is desired if experienced.
- Two years of welding experience in a similar industry is preferred.
