Responsibilities
- Independently manage specific project workstreams under the supervision of managers or partners.
- Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, modeling, and synthesis of results.
- Conduct complex analyses of processes, organization, and systems.
- Coordinate activities and interactions among business, information technology, and supplier stakeholders.
- Support core banking transformation, system integration, and application migration programs.
- Lead requirements gathering and define target solutions.
- Prepare and present deliverables for management and project sponsors.
- Facilitate client workshops and working sessions.
- Support project governance, planning, and progress monitoring.
- Contribute to the development of commercial offers and proposals.
- Identify efficiency opportunities through digital technologies, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of analytical and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Python or R, and Power BI or Tableau.
