Requirements
  • A college diploma (DEC) or university degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination.
  • Experience in a project portfolio management context or supporting the management of complex projects.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices.
  • Experience with tracking tools including JIRA, Confluence, and advanced Excel.
  • Ability to communicate across teams, facilitate committees, and manage project documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Support the project manager in coordinating activities and resources.
  • Track tasks and update work plans and schedules.
  • Maintain tracking registers for outstanding items and decisions.
  • Update project documents, including planning documents, schedules, and risk documentation.
  • Create and maintain operational tracking dashboards.
