Requirements
- 3+ years of Revenue/Channel Operations experience within high-growth technology or SaaS environments
- Tech-curious: problem-solver who seeks out creative solutions using process + technology
- Great communicator- propensity to translate technical information or complex concepts and speak to them in a clear and effective way to internal customers and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
- Ability to execute: can juggle multiple projects, fulfill priorities and meet deadlines
- Be a data junkie that knows what quality data means and help the team design & improve it
- Experience with Salesforce.com
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute Channel strategy, policies, processes, and business system requirements
- Partner with go-to-market teams to drive forecasting and planning for the Channel team
- Provide visibility into business health and track performance through dashboards and business reviews
- Analyze sales performance data to identify patterns, opportunities, and strategic recommendations for revenue optimization
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide visibility into sales performance at various levels
- Drive operational efficiency and productivity through continuous tools and process improvements
- Document ROEs and initiatives, ensuring relevant processes and documents are updated in internal systems
