  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Compliance, Business Communications, or any writing fields
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, Compliance, Business Communications, or any writing fields
  • In-depth knowledge of the R&D tax credit qualification is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Salesforce CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Docs
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential client information and interacting with customers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess customer data and make a qualification decision
  • Conduct client outreach via emails or phone calls to gather data regarding qualification criteria for the R&D tax credit
  • Navigate our CRM and portal platforms to update qualification status
  • Monitor client completion of Qualitative surveys to review and develop substantiation reports
