- Plan and schedule events for all groups within the resort, as well as private events at the resort facilities.
- Coordinate and manage all preparations for events, including arranging food and beverages, booking entertainers, and completing other required duties.
- Review requests and select vendors to conduct informational seminars.
- Maintain open communication with resort management, guests, and vendors.
- Represent the resort in a professional manner at all times.
- Assist with housekeeping and cover the Ranger Station as needed during peak season.
