Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to the Temperature Sensing and Thermochemical Labels segment's strategic growth function.
  • Work with senior management, business unit leaders, and vertical or portfolio strategists to extend and accelerate sensor portfolio strategies through strategic partnerships and direct market execution.
  • Work with Corporate Development to scale the business segment from $70 million to $250 million through targeted healthcare and food-and-beverage cold-chain strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Strategic Development, business unit leaders, and strategists to identify temperature-sensing market opportunities in the pharmaceutical and vaccine cold chain.
  • Act as the strategic development partner to responsible business units for selected prioritized verticals.
  • Articulate precise go-to-market and commercial scaling strategies.
  • Define and refine search and filter criteria to identify non-governmental organization and pharmaceutical partners.
  • Develop a funnel of strategic commercial opportunities through research and networking.
  • Lead leadership and stakeholder processes to prioritize partners and targets for further engagement.
  • Engage prioritized targets to qualify their fit and viability, and create strategy, business-case analyses, and presentations for prioritized opportunities.
  • Present opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Ensure effective integration of complex global partnerships to maximize value creation and achieve environmental sensor sales goals.
  • Develop tactical and strategic plans to align new and existing operations more closely.
  • Develop and track financial measures after partnerships to ensure synergy realization.
  • Model the company's core values, deliver results, and build relationships with senior management.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Strategy and Go-to-Market to develop and refine the strategic development process and deliverables.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • A strong technology-sector background, including exposure to smart data capture, advanced sensors, or Internet of Things technology, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and experience engaging with global health partnerships, international health consortiums, or non-governmental organizations is preferred.
  • Executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, are preferred.
  • Sophisticated negotiation, persuasion, and partnership-building capabilities are preferred.
  • Advanced financial acumen, strategic-framework proficiency, and the ability to translate complex data sets into highly structured executive-ready presentations are preferred.
