Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or related fields, with a proven track record in an e-commerce or CPG company.
  • Demonstrated, deep experience managing people integrations, including mergers, acquisitions, or other organizational changes, especially in an omnichannel context.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a strong, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture that reflects the company’s values.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention, ensuring the company remains an employer of choice in the omnichannel CPG industry.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure we attract and retain top talent that aligns with the company’s values and strategic goals.
  • Develop and manage talent development programs, including training, performance management, and succession planning, to foster continuous growth and career progression.
  • Lead the people integration process during company mergers, acquisitions, or other structural changes to support the company’s growth strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful integration of new teams and employees into the company.
  • Manage organizational design and workforce planning to align with business needs, scalability, and expansion, particularly for an omnichannel business model.
  • Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives that support business objectives, particularly in a rapidly evolving omnichannel environment.
  • Ensure HR operations, policies, and practices are efficient, compliant, and scalable, enabling the company to grow while maintaining a high level of employee engagement.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems that drive high performance, accountability, and alignment with company goals.
  • Provide guidance on setting clear objectives, offering continuous feedback, and creating a growth mindset within teams.
  • Drive change management efforts related to organizational growth, restructuring, or operational improvements, ensuring smooth transitions for all employees.
  • Communicate transparently with teams during times of change, fostering a supportive and resilient work environment.
