  • 5-7+ years’ experience building and leading sales teams
  • Success leading sales teams in a fast-growing SaaS enterprise company
  • 5+ years direct software selling experience
  • Experience in selling within SaaS, HR Tech and to C-level executives is a plus
  • Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Investment/Corporate Grants or nonprofit is a plus
  • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas personally, and as a sales leader
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Experience working with partners is a plus
  • Strong track record as a coach and mentor
  • Skilled at business planning and measuring progress towards the plan
  • Experience with target account selling, value selling, and consultative sales techniques
  • Highly professional persona and polished demeanor
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in Salesforce.com with an analytical mindset
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
Responsibilities
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue numbers for the assigned region
  • Direct sales activities within the assigned area and provide mentorship
  • Coach sales teams to uncover new opportunities and develop net new clients
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain a dynamic sales team
  • Inspire, empower, coach, and motivate the sales team
  • Train new hires on sales process and ensure expectations are communicated
  • Deliver revenue targets and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Use CRM systems extensively and other sales tools like Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom
