- Good experience supporting AirWatch mobile device management with Exchange 2010.
- Extensive knowledge of AirWatch Mobile Access Gateway, including relay and endpoint components; Secure Email Gateway; AirWatch Cloud Connector; and AirWatch Tunnel.
- Experience troubleshooting AirWatch routing issues involving AirWatch on-premises servers, cloud device services, and Exchange Client Access servers.
- Extensive experience with AirWatch enterprise groups, Secure Content Locker, compliance policies, smart groups, and per-application virtual private network.
- Experience troubleshooting AirWatch Agent, browser, inbox, and Secure Content Locker issues on iOS and Android devices.
