- Oversee and manage a team of Revenue Development Representatives (RDRs), successfully hitting pipeline targets, coaching RDRs, and aligning on overall sales goals
- Develop and monitor pipeline activity and outcomes based on industry trends & ground truth, leveraging tools and process to ensure high quality leads are being generated
- Effectively optimize MQL follow ups and conversion in close collaboration with Marketing Teams
- Effectively design, implement and optimize outbound pipeline generation plays books and strategies in collaboration with Sales Leadership and Marketing
- Analyzing RDR team data (such as activity, pipeline, and progress to goals), to identify and address any performance gaps
- Provide the structured guidance essential for developing RDRs, leveraging internal and external Enablement resources
