  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing training role
  • Strong presentation skills. Ability to command a virtual or in-person room effectively and reach a diverse audience at various levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create effective client-facing training content
  • Ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and good judgment
  • Strong interpersonal skills - you care about people and are passionate about helping others!
  • Willingness to travel to client sites on occasion
  • A strong preference will be given to candidates with experience or expertise in Adobe Captivate or similar authoring tools.
  • Knowledge of or experience with healthcare or medical billing
  • Experience teaching people how to use software
Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre- and post-live training sessions for client end-users and trainers, covering Cedar’s core product and their operational impact
  • Design and create high-quality training materials, including E-learning lessons, help center articles, training manuals, one-pagers, and slide decks, using tools in the Google Suite and Adobe Captivate
  • Conduct training sessions for new and tenured employees to ensure they have a deep understanding of the Cedar product suite
  • Work closely with product, commercial, and support teams to ensure training materials align with product updates and address client needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Cedar platform to effectively train and support our users and cross-functional partners
