Responsibilities
  • Conduct Client Training: Deliver pre- and post-live training sessions for client end-users and trainers, covering Cedar’s core product and their operational impact
  • Develop Training Materials: Design and create high-quality training materials, including E-learning lessons, help center articles, training manuals, one-pagers, and slide decks, using tools in the Google Suite and Adobe Captivate
  • Facilitate Internal Training: Conduct training sessions for new and tenured employees to ensure they have a deep understanding of the Cedar product suite
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, commercial, and support teams to ensure training materials align with product updates and address client needs.
  • Become a Cedar Product Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the Cedar platform to effectively train and support our users and cross-functional partners
