Responsibilities
  • Drive key internal communications moments + milestones including: All Hands, Town Halls, internal events
  • Manage HR/People initiatives and experiences including internal game launch events, 2K’s annual review process, 2K’s annual engagement survey, learning + development
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including 2K Publishing’s ELT, FMT, Global PR, HR/People team, General Managers, Business Units, and Central Service leads
  • Engage in tactical planning and execution that depends on product line-up and release schedule timing
