Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Assisting in preparation of electrical distribution, illumination and traffic signals systems design drawings
• Drafting in AutoCAD and MicroStation
• Ensuring timely delivery of work you're leading
• Carrying out quality checks while following internal procedures
• Assisting senior staff with technical tasks and the day-to-day operation of the office
• Coordination and liaison with approving authorities, utility companies and outside design team members

What you will bring to the team:

• College diploma in Civil Engineering Technology
• A passion for renewable and industrial power systems design
• 0-2 year experience (includes co-op experience)
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation environments
• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A self-motivated quick learner with a ‘can do’ approach 
• Able to multitask in a fast pace environment
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid drivers license
