About the job
- A degree in Business or a related field is required.
- Some corporate experience, including internships, is appreciated but not mandatory.
- Experience working within a consulting company is highly preferred.
- Support Business Managers and Global Account Managers in strategic account coordination and commercial activities.
- Understand and access global information related to ALTEN business activities, client metrics, and account leadership.
- Provide visibility and insights into activities involving strategic clients and target accounts worldwide by leveraging the global ALTEN network.
- Identify and provide relevant global reference cases to support opportunity advancement and client engagement.
- Support the execution and completion of strategic requests for information, requests for quotation, supplier surveys, and other commercial requests at local and global levels.
- Assist in developing and consolidating rate cards and commercial documentation in collaboration with Global Account Managers and Bid Management teams.
- Monitor critical contractual and commercial documentation changes that may impact business activities.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of commercial deliverables.
- Support business development initiatives and strategic account growth activities across local and global markets.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify meaningful trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor strategic account activity levels and support informed business decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reports.
- Provide actionable recommendations to support account development and commercial strategy.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Experience working within a consulting company is highly preferred.
