A master's degree in the behavioral health field is required.
An LAC or LSW license is required to practice in New Jersey.
A valid driver's license in the state of residence and no more than five points on the driving record are required.
English and Spanish bilingual proficiency is required.
Availability for rotating Saturdays is required.
Responsibilities
Provide direct face-to-face client services according to setting goals.
Perform professional clinical assessments and provide treatment.
Collaborate with collateral care providers and treating psychiatrists, including crisis assessment, intervention, and termination planning.
Complete documentation of all client contacts and other required charting.
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $1,000.00. Some restrictions apply.
JOB SUMMARY:
A bilingual master’s level behavioral health professional who delivers professional care to adult, adolescent, child and individual, couples, or families experiencing significant disturbances in daily living due to a severe and persistent mental illness, difficulty in family functioning, or significant life issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direct service (face-to-face client contact) expectations as determined by setting goals.
Professional clinical assessment and treatment skills.
Collaboration with collateral care providers and treating psychiatrists, including crisis assessment, intervention, and termination planning.
Complete documentation of all clients’ contacts and all other charting requirements.
EDUCATION, REQUIREMENTS AND LICENSURE:
Master’s Degree in the Behavioral health field

$33.90 per hour.
