Requirements
  • At least 5 years of project or program management experience in Consumer or at the enterprise level.
  • Experience with program planning and end-to-end execution.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, managers, peers, and business partners about business impacts, deliverables, timelines, and required support.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, and leadership teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, including building slides with data to tell a story.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Define program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and ways of working with key stakeholders.
  • Work with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timing for new change initiatives.
  • Monitor execution through program milestone and status tracking, program planning, and measurement against ongoing key performance indicators.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
  • Identify requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to align delivery with program objectives.
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and lead decision-making negotiations for efficient resolution.
  • Meet with stakeholders to provide transparency into project issues and service decisions, build relationships, ask questions, use tools to uncover root causes, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.
  • Manage a horizontal program end to end by partnering with executives, business sponsors, and stakeholders across Client Protection and Consumer.
  • Ensure adherence to Enterprise and RPSBB Change Standards (UCRA), deliver work on time, and achieve the desired business impact.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to execute work more efficiently and effectively, including capacity and process handoffs.
  • Influence without authority and identify and remove obstacles and barriers to program delivery.
  • Create presentation materials using Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
  • Provide consistent project updates to horizontal partners and senior leaders.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships inside and outside Client Protection and within the Client Protection Shared Services team.

Stepan secures $500M five-year credit facility, up from $450M

Stepan Company has secured a new $500 million five-year credit agreement, replacing its previous $450 million facility and boosting liquidity by $50 million. The specialty chemicals maker announced the deal on 25 September 2026. The new package comprises a $350 million multicurrency revolving credit facility and a $150 million delayed draw term loan, both maturing in September 2031. An expansion option allows Stepan to increase total capacity to $750 million if needed. Interest rates are tied to the company's net leverage ratio, with spreads ranging from 1.125% to 1.625% above benchmark rates. JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as administrative agent, with Bank of America as syndication agent. The agreement includes standard financial covenants and will finance working capital, acquisitions, capital expenditure, and general corporate purposes.

Bank of America launches AI-powered Payments Insights for CashPro clients to optimise treasury operations

Bank of America has launched Payments Insights, a new feature within its AI-powered CashPro Data Intelligence suite. The capability provides corporate and commercial clients with actionable intelligence on payment efficiency, cross-border flows and working-capital performance for their US accounts. The tool uses proprietary peer benchmarking and dynamic visualisations to help treasury teams identify trends and areas requiring attention. It was developed with direct client input, including feedback from the bank's CashPro Boards. CashPro facilitated 213 million payments in the first half of 2026, representing a 10% year-on-year increase. The new insights aim to help clients optimise payment methods, cross-border transactions and currency usage. Jennifer Sanctis, head of CashPro Personalised Technologies, said the tool helps finance teams "cut through complexity and focus on the decisions that matter most".

Bank of America cuts Carnival stock target to $38 as unhedged fuel costs surge 30%

Bank of America Securities cut its price target on Carnival from $42 to $38 ahead of the cruise operator's third-quarter earnings report on 29 September. Analyst Andrew Didora cited surging fuel costs as the primary concern, not weakening demand. Brent oil has gained 30% amid increased Middle East tensions. Carnival is the only unhedged cruise operator among its rivals, making it particularly vulnerable. The company reported fuel costs were up roughly 30% in the second quarter, resulting in a $73 million negative impact. Despite robust demand and record quarterly revenue of $6.7 billion, fuel remains Carnival's biggest problem. Customer deposits hit a record $9 billion in the second quarter. Combined Bank of America credit and debit card spending on cruise lines jumped to the mid-teens year over year in July and August.

Bank of America keeps Buy rating on Merck stock ahead of crucial lung cancer data
