Requirements
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in compensation analysis and administration, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience; alternatively, 12+ years of total work experience.
  • Experience leading internal and external market analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience building models and analyses.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a business partner to the People & Culture team and business leadership to support decision-making for hiring, promotions, organizational initiatives, and annual compensation programs.
  • Manage the global compensation architecture, including the design and creation of new jobs and salary structures.
  • Conduct research, quantitative analysis, data modeling, data mining, and data presentation to identify trends and drive strategic people decisions.
  • Aggregate data and participate in compensation surveys as needed.
  • Develop and implement communication and training on compensation programs for recruiters, human resources professionals, and managers.
  • Research and provide recommendations for innovative compensation tools and resources, with an emphasis on artificial intelligence.
  • Assist with developing a comprehensive total rewards strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Information Technology on process improvements and systems enhancements.
  • Provide analytical support for total rewards compliance requirements.
  • Review and approve compensation requests for new hires and internal transfers.
  • Develop presentations and provide recommendations to leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree.
  • Experience managing compensation decisions as part of a corporate function or in management consulting.
  • Prior experience supporting employees in corporate functions such as Finance, Information Technology, and People & Culture, along with mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and quantitative skills with the ability to present to a variety of team members.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to base compensation, incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.
  • In-depth understanding of compensation best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong consultative skills and the ability to communicate clearly and constructively to a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to provide new perspectives on existing solutions or create new solutions.
  • Experience developing stock-based compensation packages.
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Compa, Pave, and Open Code.
  • Experience using the Radford compensation survey.
  • Certified Compensation Professional certification.
  • Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback into future work products.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Its Electron small-lift launcher delivers dedicated missions for small satellites, using carbon composite structures and 3D-printed Rutherford engines for high launch frequency. Berenberg launches space sector coverage with Buy ratings on Rocket Lab, AST SpaceMobile, Planet Labs, HawkEye 360

Berenberg has launched coverage of the US and European space sector, initiating four companies with Buy ratings. The bank initiated Rocket Lab with a Buy and an $83 price target, calling it "the only end-to-end public pure-play in space." AST SpaceMobile received the highest target at $92. Analyst Michael Filatov said the company is "the only company to have demonstrated true cellular broadband from space to unmodified smartphones." Planet Labs was initiated with a $25 target, whilst HawkEye 360 received a $24 target. Avio was initiated at Hold with a €33 target. Filatov said falling launch costs have driven the space economy past $500 billion in 2025, with the market on track to exceed $1 trillion by 2030.

ARK invests $12.8M in Rocket Lab as BofA maintains $110 target despite Electron delay

The optimism follows Rocket Lab's record second-quarter results. The company reported revenue of $234.07 million, up 62% year-over-year and exceeding Wall Street's $230.94 million estimate. Rocket Lab secured over $437 million in bookings and ended the quarter with a record backlog of $2.36 billion. Strong winds delayed the company's Synspective mission until at least 2 September.
