Requirements
  • Entry-level experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, or a related coordination or administrative role; internships or early-career experience are welcome.
  • Interest in developing client-facing skills within consulting, professional services, professional employer organizations, or agencies.
  • Foundational understanding of human resources or recruiting practices and eagerness to grow functional expertise.
  • Ability to stay highly organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort supporting multiple concurrent engagements and shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require.
Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of human resources solutions that improve workplace experiences.
  • Assist with client engagements by handling coordination and administrative tasks that keep delivery on track.
  • Maintain a positive, professional presence with candidates and client stakeholders throughout the engagement.
  • Apply organizational and communication practices to support project workflows.
  • Partner with Recruiters, livingHR Principals, and client stakeholders to support engagement delivery.
  • Track personal work output and maintain accurate, up-to-date project and candidate documentation.
  • Ensure day-to-day coordination work aligns with broader people strategies and business objectives.
  • Support full-cycle, high-volume recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews across roles, levels, and multiple concurrent requisitions.
  • Assist Recruiters and hiring managers with pipeline organization and prioritization at scale.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools to support reduced time-to-fill on high-volume roles.
  • Serve as a responsive, organized point of contact for candidates to help ensure a positive experience at high requisition volume.
  • Support employer branding efforts, including job postings, candidate communications, and career page or social content.
  • Track recruiting metrics and flag opportunities to improve hiring processes.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system hygiene, data accuracy, and pipeline velocity across a high-volume requisition load.
Desired Qualifications
  • Human resources or platform certifications are a plus but are not required.
