Responsibilities
  • Work with our Partners to establish annual & 3 year financial targets and align on plans for exceeding them
  • Coordinate and lead bi-weekly and monthly status review meetings with Partners to review key milestones, active projects, new business opportunities and outstanding issues
  • Facilitate and lead in person quarterly business reviews with your largest Partners
  • Leverage an analytical skillset to develop strong insights that lead to program enhancements and new solutions
  • Utilize historical and forward (forecasting) analysis of revenue to gain a deep understanding of the performance drivers
  • Effectively maintain existing account relationships in your portfolio and expand relationships to additional business groups with each of your Partners
  • Work diligently to understand the Partner’s underlying interests and business priorities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your Partners to deliver performance insights, project-related tasks, technical training, program enhancement opportunities, as well as operational oversight
  • Understand the Plusgrade solutions available to drive partner goals and develop joint action plans
  • Influence the adoption of best practices and marketing plans to drive growth through persuasion, negotiation and consensus-building
