Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment process - Partner with leadership to define needs, scope roles, and manage all parts of the recruiting cycle for a variety of roles and functions.
  • Create sourcing strategies - Develop innovative approaches to build diverse candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
  • Dive into full-cycle - You’ll participate in full-cycle recruiting, from outreach to offer, ensuring an excellent candidate experience across the business.
  • Optimize processes - We’re scaling rapidly. You’ll help continuously improve our recruitment workflows and systems.
  • Ad-hoc projects - Work cross-functionally to build or revamp existing programs (ie - interviewer training, recruiting events, content, and employer brand-building strategies).
