  • Work closely with Home Managers, Maintenance Managers, and regional leadership to deliver an incredible owner experience
  • Support day-to-day home operations, including vendor management, project management, asset management, and owner experience
  • Serve as an important point-of-contact for owners in select markets within the Mountain Region
  • Ensure homes are consistently at a stay-ready status through onsite inspections, inventory restocks, and cleaning assessments
  • Support Home Managers with property financials, budget creation, and owner votes
  • Create and review home manuals for owners
  • Keep owners updated on work orders, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Utilize Pacaso-integrated systems and technology to manage portfolio health
  • Communicate with owners before and during stays
  • Resolve owner conflicts with diplomacy and professionalism
  • Maintain positive relations with community partners
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Promote a collaborative, data-driven culture for continuous improvement
  • Deliver exceptional experiences to encourage owners to share Pacaso
  • Salary = $65,000 plus benefits and stock package
