As part of our field-based service team, the Junior Home Manager will support home management and maintenance for a growing portfolio of homes in Pacaso’s Mountain Region. You will engage owners throughout their Pacaso journey, from initial onboarding and home orientation to stay support and service requests. You will ensure homes are clean and well-maintained for every stay, and uphold our service tenets. You will act as a local liaison with neighbors, vendors, and partners to help fulfill our mission of enriching lives by making second home ownership possible and enjoyable for more people. This is an exciting role for anyone looking to break into tech / startups, hospitality, property management, or field operations, with strong growth potential.
