Requirements
  • B.A. | B.S. in a quantitative field; mathematics, statistics, economics, business, etc
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Marketing Analytics and/or Data Analysis in an e-commerce or retail environment alongside a marketing team
  • Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong understanding and experience with core marketing analysis concepts such as AB testing frameworks, campaign measurement/incrementally methodologies and working with seasonality
  • Familiarity with business intelligence solutions; Looker preferred but Tableau, Power BI, etc also fine
  • Proficient with various analytical toolkits; SQL is a must, SAS is preferred, and Python or R experience would be useful
  • Comfortable with large, complex relational databases (both transactional and analytical) and nested tables (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Analytic curiosity and comfortable working in a continually evolving, fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Responsibilities
  • Provide scalable reports, dashboards, and visualizations that inform key stakeholders from the Marketing organization and drive business processes
  • Own the standardized analysis of marketing campaigns across the various marketing channels
  • Prepare trend analysis and investigative reporting for marketing teams and senior management
  • Translate business requirements to inform our database management & engineering teams on building relevant and efficient data models in Snowflake
  • Serve as a cross-functional partner to collaborate with various business teams to drive new data initiatives
  • Provide ad hoc support for Looker-based queries to help colleagues self-serve their own data more efficiently
