Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading digital product initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ecommerce experience is a MUST. Experience with Shopify is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic product plans and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
  • Familiarity with digital product development processes, including Agile methodologies, and experience with digital technologies and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and product improvements.
  • A deep understanding of user experience and customer needs, with a focus on delivering products that enhance user satisfaction.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap for our Shopify platform, aligning with the company’s overall business goals and objectives. Deliver digital products on time and on budget.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Team, providing guidance and support to drive high performance and professional growth. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams, to gather insights, prioritize needs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and launch. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, track key metrics, and make informed decisions. Implement A/B testing, user feedback, and other methods to optimize product features and user experience.
  • Advocate for the customer experience, ensuring that products are designed and developed with the end-user in mind. Address customer feedback and incorporate it into product improvements. Work with UX/UI designer to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our Shopify store.
  • Work closely with creative, innovation, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Manage product budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with external development team. Coordinate and oversee their work to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards. Act as the main point of contact for all external development-related activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
