Responsibilities
  • Prepare lab setups and materials for instructional use.
  • Calibrate, maintain, and repair equipment and tools in accordance with safety and operational standards.
  • Assist faculty and students in the proper use of lab equipment and software.
  • Maintain inventory of lab supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
  • Enforce lab safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and institutional guidelines.
  • Support faculty in developing and implementing lab experiments or demonstrations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment, hardware, and software.
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, automation systems, or industrial software.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM, CNC programming, PLCs, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
