About the job
- An excellent master's degree in computer science, electronic engineering, artificial intelligence, IoT, or a related field; a Ph.D. is ideally sought.
- Demonstrated experience leading products from ideation to mass production, with a focus on product quality and scalability.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
- Project management experience and international experience are strong pluses.
- A strong team-oriented approach and an autonomous, efficient working style.
- Passion for innovation, problem solving, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Initiative and ability to lead research projects and implement research results in an industrial environment.
- Conduct research and development in IoT and computing X.
- Scout and prototype innovative product concepts for application in IOT@Life, industrial, and other fields.
- Cooperate with Bosch business units in China and worldwide on requirement analysis, technology transfer, and evaluation of market attractiveness for innovation projects.
- Continuously optimize the project roadmap based on business and R&D needs, coordinate resources across teams, identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver results.
- Design system architectures based on customer requirements for various research projects.
- Lead activities from ideation to standard operating procedure (SOP) and market release, ensuring product reliability and process traceability.
- Collaborate with leading Chinese research institutes and participate in or lead joint projects.
- Analyze technology and market trends, derive impacts on research strategy, and identify key partners.
- A Ph.D. in computer science, electronic engineering, artificial intelligence, IoT, or a related field.
- Project management experience and international experience.
