- Five years of proven experience in sales and business development in the electronic security sector.
- Deep knowledge of electronic security products and solutions, including networks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Results orientation and ability to work in a team.
- Minimum conversational English proficiency at B1 level; required for customer support in Central America and the Caribbean.
- Availability to travel and residence in Bogotá.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote electronic security products and solutions.
- Identify and prospect potential customers, and maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure correct implementation of electronic security solutions.
- Analyze the market and competition to identify business growth and development opportunities.
