Requirements
  • 2-5 years relevant work experience in Sales Enablement, Training or broader Sales roles
  • Strong understanding of GTM enablement programs, sales methodologies and best practices to increase revenue
  • Managing ambiguity - You are comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Setting strategic direction - The ability to work with stakeholders, understand needs and translate vision into a clear, global strategy is essential
  • Data-driven decision making - Uses data to drive strategic planning or business changes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
Responsibilities
  • Be the strategic enablement partner for a team of up to 100 individuals
  • Organize onboarding, continuous training, tools stack management, and content
  • Assist with identifying needs in the sales organization and creating training content
  • Become a product matter expert to deliver high-quality training and content
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to innovate and improve the Enablement experience
  • Own the onboarding calendar end-to-end for the team
  • Manage and support tools and resources to ensure sales productivity improvement
  • Maintain updated knowledge within the internal Sales Hub and track resource usage
