Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Advocate for customers by talking directly with people who have recently experienced a loss
  • Inspect the damage and investigate all documentation to ensure each detail is recorded accurately and fairly
  • Thoroughly check claim case facts, determining coverage, liability and reserves
  • Accurately report on each settlement
  • Navigate settlements with individuals, attorneys, and other insurance carriers with poise and professionalism
  • Prepare and maintain well-written files and keep teams up-to-date on current claims
