About the job

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience selling and generating demand for enterprise services; experience selling data services, managed services, or professional services to AI/ML buyers is strongly preferred.
  • Experience and relationships selling to executives and teams training frontier AI models at organizations such as Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Apple, or Meta.
  • Previous experience selling into AI/ML, data labeling, data annotation, RLHF, or related human-data services is required.
  • Comfort selling complex, high-touch services deals where pricing, scope, and delivery model are negotiated and customized per account rather than following a standard licensing motion.
  • Ability to sell technology and business value to individual contributors, mid-level management, and C-level executives.
  • Experience with MEDDICC and enterprise selling methodologies such as Command of the Message.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota.
  • Ability to generate pipeline through inbound discovery calls, outbound prospecting, working with sales development representatives, and working with partners.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to meet customers and attend industry events.
Responsibilities
  • Develop pipeline using demand generation, prospecting tools, professional networking, and enterprise selling methodology.
  • Build account plans and manage a territory of target enterprises training and deploying frontier AI models.
  • Identify new opportunities in new accounts and expand existing accounts, including through new use cases, data types, and modalities within current customers.
  • Research and present business intelligence about customers' and prospects' model development roadmaps, data needs, and where human data services fit into their pipeline.
  • Scope and shape services engagements, including specialized labeling workforces, data pipelines, and project structures aligned to customer model needs.
  • Help develop and continuously improve prospecting and selling motions.
  • Own deals from prospecting through closing, and maintain relationships with delivery and customer success through renewals and expansions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong preference for candidates who have sold data services, managed services, or professional services to AI/ML buyers.

About the company

SuperAnnotate provides an end-to-end data infrastructure platform for creating, managing, and evaluating high-quality AI training datasets, offered as a SaaS product with optional managed services for enterprise data pipelines. It supports multimodal data (images, video, text, audio) in a single interface and includes workflow automation, team management, and quality control, while integrating with a company’s existing data sources and model training pipelines; it also provides a global network of vetted annotators for scalable labeling projects. The platform’s key differentiator is combining comprehensive data infrastructure with managed annotation, strong quality control, automation, multimodal support, and enterprise-grade integration through a scalable human-in-the-loop workflow. The goal is to help enterprises build and deploy high-quality AI models faster by unifying data creation, curation, labeling, and evaluation in one platform.
