Who You’ll Be Working With

As a Data & Analytics Intern, you’ll join a collaborative, supportive team of industry experts who are passionate about using data to solve complex problems, uncover actionable insights, and shape strategies that drive real business results.

This internship is more than just hands-on training—it’s an opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impact leading brands, while gaining experience with tools like SQL, data visualization platforms, and PMG’s proprietary analytics platform, Alli. What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate on projects to analyze and interpret data, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making for leading brands.
Use data to craft compelling stories that shape client strategies and maximize results.
Gain practical experience with tools like SQL and data visualization platforms, sharpening your ability to work with complex datasets.
Learn from experienced PMG professionals who are invested in your development, providing mentorship and exposing you to career opportunities within the digital marketing landscape.

What You Will Bring

Current enrollment as a rising senior undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, business analytics, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field and seeking a Summer 2025 internship.

Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, charts, and creating reports.
Foundational knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating datasets.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI to present clear, actionable insights (bonus if experienced).
Exposure to Google Analytics or other analytics platforms to track and interpret performance metrics.

A strong analytical mindset, with a passion for solving problems and uncovering actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives that stakeholders can understand and act on.
A proactive, self-starter attitude, thriving on challenges and eager to learn and grow.

Must be based in Dallas, TX, and available to work in-office 5 days a week (PMG cannot provide relocation assistance for this internship).
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, as PMG cannot provide sponsorship for this role.
