- Completed training in the IT field or an equivalent qualification is advantageous.

- Very good German language skills; good English language skills are advantageous.
- Receive and process user inquiries through the ticketing system, email, and telephone.
- Analyze, classify, and prioritize incoming incidents and service requests.
- Resolve standard problems within first-level support for the theHUB system.
- Support users in their daily use of the patient administration program.
- Document all activities in the ticketing system while adhering to defined processes.
- Forward complex or unresolved cases to second-level support.
- Ensure service-oriented and clear communication with users.
- Collaborate with teams and users in multiple countries.
