About the job

Requirements
  • Experience in operations governed by service-level agreements and reliant on external suppliers, such as fleet, contract fleet management, leasing, logistics, last mile, service, assistance, or e-commerce operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch initiatives from scratch and deliver outcomes, rather than merely participate in projects.
  • Ability to deliver results without formal authority by persuading, coordinating, and closing work across the organization and supplier network.
  • Practical daily use of artificial intelligence for automation, data analysis, prototyping, and quality control.
  • Ability to calculate and manage the economics of a business independently.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 organization with unpredictable conditions and design processes that operate without constant personal intervention.
  • Full fluency in spoken and written Polish, including supplier negotiations and customer interactions; this is required.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full incident journey, including reporting, towing, roadside repair, replacement vehicles, passenger transport, and settlement with the supplier network and customer.
  • Design processes to support substantially greater scale without proportionate cost increases or declining quality.
  • Monitor service-level agreements and key performance indicators, including response time, first-contact effectiveness, cost per incident, and net promoter score.
  • Develop service scenarios and quality standards, then evaluate their effectiveness using data.
  • Order and prioritize system changes and prepare prototypes that enable the information technology team to proceed without repeated clarification.
  • Support sales in tenders with insurers and contract fleet management companies by defining processes, cost models, and technical requirements, then own implementation of signed agreements.
  • Automate incident triage, supplier routing, call quality control, and reporting.
  • Manage the economics of the motor assistance vertical, including incident margin, accurate settlements, and repeatability.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in motor assistance; it is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Very good command of English.

About the company

Telemedi provides a digital health platform for telemedicine, offering online consultations, e-prescriptions, and sick leave documents to patients. It serves insurance and travel-assistance clients, enabling their customers to access doctors across multiple specializations from anywhere and in eight languages. The platform can be delivered as a white-label solution, so partners can integrate Telemedi’s capabilities into their own platforms. Its goal is to help insurers and travel-assistance providers offer reliable, multilingual remote medical care to customers worldwide under their own brand.

What critics are saying
