- A Professional Bachelor in Nursing or an HBO5 qualification in nursing.
- A professional qualification in geriatrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a network.
- Ability to communicate well and work autonomously and responsibly while remaining a team player.

- Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French, or willingness to learn the other language.

- Perform nursing duties.
- Ensure quality care for older patients within the geriatrics department.
- Contribute to continuity of day treatment within the geriatrics department.
- Organize and perform nursing procedures within the geriatrics department.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders within the unit.
- Share information and support effective communication among stakeholders.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings within the department.
- Develop personal skills, technical competencies, and knowledge through continuing education.
- Participate in implementing new projects within the department.
- Participate in projects evaluating the quality of care in the department.
- Experience in a geriatrics department is an advantage.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
