Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Three years of demonstrated project support work experience are required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • The ability to take direction and support a variety of projects is required.
  • The ability to conduct research and educate oneself in unfamiliar areas to gain expertise is required.
Responsibilities
  • Extract, organize, abstract, interpret, and present complex electronic medical record data.
  • Analyze data and complete strategic projects supporting ICCE departments in establishing and maintaining quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets across multiple functional areas.
  • Support pediatric registries, quality improvement program standards, and national safety network metrics.
  • Assist stakeholders in developing projects based on data trends.
  • Work closely with ICCE leaders, clinicians, and other stakeholders to understand analytical needs and identify solutions.
  • Anticipate data-related challenges and provide solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making processes.
  • Support a variety of projects while maintaining a professional and collaborative approach with stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • A nursing degree with two years of clinical experience is strongly preferred.
