Ability to drive for work with appropriate auto insurance, including $25,000/$50,000 liability coverage.
A clear BCI/FBI background check is required.

Responsibilities
Help students build fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills that support school success.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to create supportive learning environments.
Provide direct occupational therapy services individually and in groups, as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and supervise occupational therapy assistants (OTAs).
Recommend tools, strategies, and accommodations based on professional expertise.
Monitor student progress, participate in IEP meetings, celebrate student successes with the team, and complete Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs).
Incorporate evidence-based approaches into therapy work.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that offers flexibility in your schedule. 🗓️ School-based experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to support the right OT as they transition into school-based practice!
You’ll work with students in our partner schools, serving grades K–8, and provide hands-on support to help students develop the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. You’ll also supervise COTAs, complete evaluations, and develop plans that help students grow and shine. 🌈
